These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
2. Description of Service
Translatable is a technology marketplace connecting clients who need certified translations with verified professional translators. We provide software, escrow payments, document tools, and workflow — we are not a translation agency and do not employ translators.
Translators are independent professionals. They are not employees, partners, or agents of Translatable. Each translator is responsible for their own certifications, work product, and tax obligations.
